Bill has a deep background in the credit union industry. Throughout his robust career in the industry, Bill has utilized technology and data with finance/accounting to help credit unions and banks grow, prosper, and better serve their customers.
He was involved in both the start-up of AARP Federal Credit Union as well as its wind-down phase. He served as a technology consultant for the Ohio Credit Union League, and assisted Ohio credit unions with technology planning and core conversions. When Bill joined Ohio Healthcare Federal Credit Union (OHCFCU) as the CEO, he immediately began to guide the credit union through the adoption of a new core conversion and preparations for Y2K (remember that?).
Throughout his 20 years of service as CEO, Bill has implemented a data warehouse and adopted Excel with PowerPivot and Power BI to develop multiple valuable reporting and process solutions for the credit union. Bill continually leveraged the newest technology and data to grow OHCFCU by 5 times

Before his service as CEO of OHCFCU, Bill served on the banking side of financial institutions. While at Banc One Columbus, (now J.P.Morgan Chase), Bill served in accounting and finance positions. As CFO for Banc One-Columbus Corporate Banking Division, Bill, with the help of his IT team, led the development and deployment of a successful technology solution for customer relationship management and relationship pricing. The solution provided essential, daily client relationship information to commercial lenders, treasury, cash management officers, and key management.
After decades of working in the credit union movement – and as retirement was approaching – Bill’s enjoyment of learning new technology to make informed finance/accounting and management decisions compelled him to further exploration. In 2019, he earned the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) BI Reporting Certification. In 2020, Bill joined Gemineye, (formerly the Knowlton-Group), as Senior Power BI Developer & Consultant.
Bill is an Ohioan, who grew up in Toledo and resides in a community north of Columbus. He is a fan of the University of Toledo Rockets and The Ohio State University Buckeyes. In Bill’s downtime, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Eileen. Both enjoy birding, especially eastern bluebirds, ospreys, and bald eagles. Plus, Bill hopes to rescue another Black Lab someday soon.
