Stephanie Vinton is a seasoned Senior Functional Business Analyst and Project Manager, with over 20 years of experience in the field of FinTech. Based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, Stephanie has built a remarkable career by leveraging her expertise in ERP and application implementation, solution design, technical support, UAT testing, and process improvement.
Stephanie serves as a Senior Project Manager at Gemineye, where she leads all client implementations for this fast-growing company in the FinTech space. In this role, she is dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the implementation process. Additionally, Stephanie is instrumental in building out and refining internal project management and customer success processes, ensuring the company’s continued success and growth.
Prior to this, she held pivotal roles at SurfaceCycle and Technology Credit Union, where she managed systems implementations, integration projects, and business process improvements. Stephanie’s diverse experience includes working with various credit unions such as On Tap Credit Union in Golden, CO and Elevations Credit Union in Boulder, CO. At these institutions, she designed technology solutions, led project designs, and supported a range of applications, including the Jack Henry application suite, which includes Symitar – Episys. She also honed her skills in process and performance excellence through her volunteer work as an examiner with Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence (RMPEx), the local NIST – Malcolm Baldrige organization.
Stephanie’s core competencies lie in software integration and implementation, whether adopting agile or waterfall methodologies. Her strategic approach to process improvement, coupled with her excellent communication and collaboration skills, has made her a valuable asset in every role she has undertaken. Certified as a Scrum Master, she is adept at driving innovation and optimizing processes for scalable solutions.
Stephanie is a Colorado native and a graduate of the University of Nebraska. She has a B.A. in Russian Language and has spent time in St. Petersburg immersing herself in the language and culture.
She is the guardian of two rescue dogs, Elsa and Anna, and also helps care for her elderly mother and her rescue cat Alfie. Recently, she began running with a local running club and completed her first 5k in many years, this spring. Stephanie loves to stay active and spend time with friends, enjoying activities such as hiking, attending local concerts, and dancing.
